Take a look below for details on all the beers included within the pack:
Blueberry Du Haut (collaboration with De Garde), 7%
Brewed with our friends De Garde from Tillamook, Oregon, this full-flavoured sour was fermented with a mixed-culture wine yeast before secondary fermentation in foudre with De Garde's house culture. It was then aged in French white wine barrels on fresh blueberries, providing big, jammy berry flavours, layered on top of vinous and farmhouse notes.
La Deuxième Saison Des Poires (collaboration with After The Harvest and Oliver’s), 5.4%
Brewed with our friends from After The Harvest and Oliver's, this beer-perry hybrid is crisp, vibrant and thirst-quenching, finding harmony between classic perry flavours, yeast aromatics and hop notes. It was created by blending beer wort with pear juice and fermenting with a Saison yeast, before ageing in foudre for 10 months. A light Simcoe dry hop was then added prior to bottling.
Tall Tree (collaboration with Brouwerij Kees), 10.5%
This huge Imperial Stout was brewed with our friends from Brouwerij Kees and was aged for a year in the same Bourbon barrels that had previously stored Black Forest Stout, our collaboration with Lervig. The result is a smooth, opulent treat that blends sweet and sour cherry flavours with liquorice, marshmallow and oak.
Foudre Du Haut (collaboration with De Garde), 7%
Brewed with our friends De Garde from Tillamook, Oregon, this oak-aged Wild Ale blends flavours reminiscent of white wine, cider and lambic. It's nuanced and layered while still retaining a crisp, refreshing character. Initially fermented with a mixed-culture wine yeast in steel, it then underwent secondary fermentation in foudre with De Garde's house culture, spending a total of 30 months in oak.
If Anyone Asks (collaboration with Northern Monk, Track and Wylam), 8.1%
This version of our Doppelschwarz - a collaboration with Northern Monk, Track and Wylam - has spent six months in Bourbon barrels, adding further depth to an already rich and complex beer. Brewed as a cross between a Doppelbock and a Schwarzbier, it's full of dark fruit flavours and luscious malt notes, accentuated by the time in barrel. One to be sipped and savoured at the end of an evening, while lounging in a comfortable chair.
41 Free Spaces, 11%
Rich, smooth malt flavours find harmony with tart fruit notes and a warming spice presence in this spiced Imperial Sour. Evocative of a Devil's Share cocktail, this highly-original, malt-forward beer was soured gently over four months in bourbon barrels and given additions of allspice, ginger and nutmeg. It both enlivens the senses and demands you take time to explore its nuances.
Bourbon BA Chocolate Stout, 13%
Take your time to unravel the many layers of flavour in this deep and decadent Imperial Stout. It was brewed with cacao husks to provide rich chocolate dessert flavours, before 16 months in bourbon barrels helped to add further complexity and a warming, boozy kick. Strong and luscious, this beer is meant for sipping, making it ideal for sharing with friends or saving for a special occasion.
A Scan Of A Jam Sandwich, 7.3%
Jammy and full-flavoured, yet still relatively light and refreshing, this red wine barrel-aged sour is impactful and fruit-forward rather than funky and complex. We racked a simple Pale Ale into French natural red wine barrels on top of the remaining lees and aged it for 12 months, during which time it was refermented on raspberries.
To What Shall I Compare This World?, 7.5%
Light and spritzy with a bright fruit character, this blended Wild Ale emulates a sparkling natural rosé wine. To achieve this, we refermented a fruit-infused Belgian Pale Ale on second-use chuckleberries. It's the ideal beer to be shared at the dinner table, while breaking bread with friends and family.
Where Does Your World End And Where Does Mine Begin, 7.5%
Nothing says Christmas quite like mulled spices, so we couldn't resist making a mulled version of our rosé wine-styled Wild Ale, To What Shall I Compare This World. A fruit-infused Belgian Pale Ale was refermented on second-use chuckleberries before we added orange peel, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla. The result is a unique beer that mixes tart, juicy fruit flavours with sweetness, spice and a vinous character.
