It’s our Cinco de Mayo celebration weekend here at Kampus, with Levanter dishing out their delicious tapas all weekend as well as cooking up a storm outside with their giant paella, Saturday & Sunday

Think Lageritas (Did someone say frozen ones?!), Bloody Mary’s with a tequila twist, and maybe even a guest Mexican beer to enjoy in the sunshine.

Friday we’ll have the brilliant Living Room Dance Club on the decks, spinning a romper stomper all vinyl dive through the boundaries of soul and beyond - rare groove, contemporary & classic gospel, Afro disco funk, 80s boogie, Latin soul and French chug.

Saturday you’ll be treated to La Presidenta, aka Ms Puerto Rico. She’s like a stick of dynamite in the DJ booth. She’s guaranteed to bring energy and bone-shakin’ bass lines to make you dance til the last note. Spreading musical vibes for the last 10 years, her monthly show on Reform Radio, De Rumba, and residencies across the city make her a busy Boricua. You can expect her to be dancing in extravagant clothing and enjoying herself just as much as you.
