During this masterclass, we will introduce you to the magic of koji, teaching you all about the power of enzymes, moulds, textures and tastes.
This will be our 5th Miso Masterclass and Supper hosted by myself, Jules, Owner of The Plucky Pickle and Robin Sheriff from The Koji Kitchen, one of the few koji makers in the UK lovingly making small batches and teaching people about the world of koji and miso.
