We're excited to bring you a unique tasting experience this festive season held at Cloudwater Unit 9 and hosted by our Barrel Master, Brian Hung and Head Cheesemonger, Simon from The Courtyard Dairy.
Throughout the evening you'll enjoy an immersive experience guided by Brian and Simon, where you'll sample six diverse beers from our Christmas Barrel Project releases, all paired with handpicked artisanal cheeses from The Courtyard Dairy, chosen for their superior quality and unique flavours. You'll learn about the intricate processes behind our Barrel Project beers, as well as the origin and production methods behind each cheese.
