Our team is hard at work putting the finishing touches on the winter releases from our Barrel Project - gathering tasting notes, and meticulously curating this years’ mixed packs to ensure they are paired to perfection.
Our Barrel Master Brian has dedicated countless hours to blending, fine-tuning, and selecting barrels based on the unique flavours in each beer, as well as forging meaningful relationships with fruit and ingredient producers to create exciting new styles. His wealth of knowledge, experience and passion is showcased in a varied and diverse range that we’re incredibly proud of – from impactful sours to classic stouts and indulgent pastry stouts, and of course a selection of Foudre beers with their distinguished hop profiles and an added touch of funk.
